OT's Naomi & Claire were on Aidan Gillan's farm Tattie Hoaker Community Farm in North Sligo, where they share insights into the benefits that they have seen for the people they support in engaging with Social Farming!

Episode 2 takes us to Quarryfield Farm in Co. Sligo, where we meet participants Bradley and Tadhg from the Community Inclusion Hub, joined by their support worker Amy and Social Farmers Kelly and Gerald Doherty!
